……………………………..Special Features of Neurotherapy (NT)

Neurotherapy (NT) is an alternative therapy. It is based on the principle that if any gland or organ of the body is not functioning properly, the required chemicals and hormones will not be produced in sufficient quantity. As a result, the body enters a diseased condition.

Neurotherapy believes that by activating various glands and organs, the required chemicals and hormones can be produced naturally in the body. This activation is achieved by applying pressure on specific points of the body.

Important Features of Neurotherapy

1. Role of Pancreas Stimulation

If a person is suffering from cataract, Neurotherapy stimulates the pancreas, and after a number of treatments, the cataract is believed to disappear.

According to NT, by stimulating the pancreas, there is a possibility of successfully treating the following diseases:

Blindness

Cataract

Drop Foot

Motor Neuron Diseases

Myasthenia Gravis

Paralysis

Thalassemia

Cancer

Cerebral Disorders

Heart Disorders

Multiple Sclerosis

Night Blindness

Parkinson’s Disease

Tuberculosis

2. Hormonal Control and Pituitary Gland

Most hormones act on specific target endocrine glands. These glands then secrete their respective hormones. When the hormone level in the blood reaches the required limit, the pituitary and hypothalamus stop secreting the stimulating hormone. This process is known as the negative feedback mechanism.

In Neurotherapy, the pituitary gland (PIT) is activated. The pituitary gland controls all endocrine glands except:

Thymus

Parathyroid glands

Medulla part of the adrenal glands

It controls:

Thyroid gland (except calcitonin secretion)

Adrenal cortex

Ovaries

Testes

Whenever there is a deficiency of any hormone, Neurotherapy stimulates the pituitary gland to correct that deficiency.

3. Multiple Sources of Chemical Production

According to NT, every chemical in the body is prepared at two or more places so that a person does not die due to failure of one organ.

For example:

Erythropoietin is mainly produced by the kidneys (about 85%).

When oxygen levels fall, erythropoietin stimulates the bone marrow to produce blood.

If both kidneys fail, the liver produces this chemical, but in smaller quantity.

Neurotherapy gives importance to this compensatory mechanism.

4. Nervous System and Intestines

The human brain has about 100 billion neurons, and the spinal cord has about 100 million neurons. The intestines also contain about 100 million neurons.

Twelve major chemicals are produced by intestinal neurons. Although brain neurons produce these chemicals in larger quantities, deficiency due to brain neuron problems may cause diseases like Parkinson’s disease.

Neurotherapy activates the enteric nervous system (intestinal nervous system) to correct chemical deficiencies caused by the central nervous system.

5. Acid–Base Balance

Maintaining acid–base balance is essential for good health.

Acid produces hydrogen ions (H⁺)

Alkali (base) produces hydroxyl ions (OH⁻)

Normal blood pH ranges between 7.36 and 7.44

According to NT, most diseases occur due to disturbance of this balance. If digestion works properly, acid–base balance is maintained, and the patient becomes normal after correction.

Assumptions in NT:

Ascending colon is alkaline

Middle transverse colon and descending colon are acidic

Right kidney filters 80% base and 20% acid

Left kidney filters 80% acid and 20% base

Right ovary produces progesterone

Left ovary produces estrogen

6. Autoimmunity and Thymus Gland

If T-memory cells of the thymus gland do not function properly, the body produces antibodies against its own tissues.

For example:

Proteins of the knee joint synovial membrane may enter the blood

Thymus produces antibodies against them

This results in arthritis

This condition is known as autoimmunity.

In allopathy, treatment involves steroids, which are often given in excess and cause side effects.
In Neurotherapy, the adrenal cortex is stimulated to produce steroids naturally in the required quantity, without side effects.

7. Cholesterol and Hormone Formation

85% of cholesterol is used by the liver to produce bile salts

15% is used by adrenal cortex, ovaries, and testes to produce:

Corticosteroids

Estrogen

Progesterone

Testosterone

Most remaining hormones are proteins or glycoproteins.

The intestine produces tyrosine, which is required for:

T3 and T4 (thyroid hormones)

Epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenal medulla)

If digestion and absorption are proper, there is no shortage of amino acids, vitamins, or minerals.

8. Nerve Regeneration

Even if a body part remains de-nerved for up to two years, Neurotherapy claims that regeneration is possible within two years, provided:

Dendrites and axons are affected

The nerve cell body remains intact

DO’S AND DON’TS FOR BETTER LIVING
To avoid disease, one should lead a regular lifestyle and eat a simple balanced diet. One should practice the following:
Wake Up Early & Dark Environment: One should always get up in the morning before sunrise. The room should be dark while you are sleeping. If light is coming into the room, you tend to close your eyes tightly, which has an adverse effect on the brain. It brings heaviness to the head that remains throughout the day and makes one feel irritated. Remember the proverb: “Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise.”
Positive Mindset: One should not wake up with unpleasant thoughts, otherwise the whole day becomes gloomy. It is therefore good to wake up taking God’s name and with pleasant thoughts.
Transitioning from Bed: One should not get out of bed immediately upon waking. Instead, one should sit for 10 to 15 seconds before getting up; otherwise, the balance of the body is disturbed.
Winter Precautions: During winter, when getting up from sleep (morning or afternoon), the feet should not have direct contact with the floor. One should either wear slippers or wait for five minutes before putting feet on the floor to avoid catching a cold or developing sinus problems.
Hydration: When one gets up from sleep, one should not drink water immediately but should wait for 5 minutes.
Bathing and Breakfast: In the morning, a minimum difference of 45 minutes should be kept between a cold water bath and breakfast. After a cold bath, blood circulation slows and the body relaxes. It takes about 45 minutes for glands and muscles to warm back up to original functioning. This time can be devoted to prayer or meditation. Skipping this gap may lead to gastric problems. Always take a bath first and breakfast thereafter.
Night Routine: There should be a minimum gap of at least 2 hours between dinner and going to bed. Any physical activity done during this window will lead to indigestion and stomach disorders.
Posture: The way one lies down or gets up from bed is important. To avoid disease, one must always turn sideways (either left or right), fold both legs at the knees, and then lie down.
……………………………4
* Water Quality: When you notice bubbles rising in stored water, it indicates that the water is polluted.
* Hydration During Illness: During loose motions (diarrhea), do not drink plain water. You should add a little salt and sugar to the water. Drinking plain water alone, or water with only salt, can lead to further loose motions.
* Seasonal Eating: Eat fruits and vegetables according to the season. Preserved (non-seasonal) produce can be harmful to health. As seasons change, the body’s chemistry adjusts; eating non-seasonal food can disturb this balance and cause disease.
* Eating Habits: Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly. Proper chewing mixes saliva with food, making it easier to digest and helping to control weight by making you feel full sooner. It is also recommended to eat in small bites.
* Neurotherapy Restrictions: Those undergoing Neurotherapy should avoid non-vegetarian foods (meat, fish, chicken, eggs) as well as pastries and cakes containing eggs.
* Pain and Inflammation: If you have body/joint pain, fever, asthma, or swelling, avoid “sour” foods. These can increase acidity and worsen symptoms.
* Wait Period: Continue avoiding sour foods for 15–20 days even after feeling better.
* Foods to Avoid: Tomato, lemon, curd (yogurt), buttermilk, tamarind, kokum, orange, mosambi, grapes, and cold items like ice cream or cold drinks.
* Allowed Fruits: Papaya, custard apple, guava, banana, chickoo, figs, sugarcane (without lemon), coconut water, and watermelon.
* Refined Flour (Maida): Avoid foods made with white flour (Maida), such as bread, biscuits, noodles, and samosas. Additionally, avoid liquor, cigarettes, and tobacco.
* Seizure/Fit Precautions: Patients who suffer from fits should avoid cucumber, pumpkin, muskmelon, watermelon, and gram flour (besan).
* Diabetes: Diabetics should avoid eating rice, potatoes, sugar, and sweet fruits.

elines
Cold and Nasal Care: If you have a cold, do not blow your nose very hard, as it can damage the ear via the eustachian tube. Avoid nasal drops for blocked noses because their effect is only temporary; Neurotherapy (NT) treatment is suggested for lasting effects.
Bathing Precautions: When bathing small children, start with a little water on the head (avoiding ears), then the shoulders, then more over the head and ears. This prevents the head from cooling too suddenly, which can cause a child to gasp and inhale water. This precaution applies to adults as well.
Antibiotics and Nutrition: Antibiotics can destroy Vitamin K in the body, which may lead to excessive or prolonged bleeding from wounds. Increase Vitamin K intake in your diet during these times.
Ear Care and Hearing: Do not remove ear wax, use ear buds, or put oil in the ear. Be aware that antibiotics, nicotine, and excessive coffee consumption can potentially cause deafness.
Infant Health: If an infant vomits, it should look like curds; milk-like vomit indicates indigestion. Undigested or semi-digested food in stools is also a sign of indigestion, both of which can be corrected by NT treatment.
Managing Cramps: To help cramps subside quickly, raise your hands above your head and click your fingers for 15 to 20 seconds.
Fever and Intimacy: Avoid intercourse during a fever to prevent the fever from worsening. After intercourse, do not drink water; instead, drink lukewarm milk with sugar. Additionally, maintain a 2-hour gap between dinner and intercourse to allow solid food time to digest into a paste.
Pregnancy and Medication: If a pregnant woman takes painkillers, antibiotics, or steroids, it may increase the risk of diseases in the child. NT treatment is recommended as a suitable alternative.
Menstrual Care: During menses, drinking more milk can help reduce excessive bleeding. However, avoid milk that is very hot or cold from the fridge, as hot milk may increase bleeding.
Breastfeeding: Women who are breastfeeding should avoid drinking too much water at one single time.
Pregnancy Complications: Having a menstrual cycle during pregnancy may lead to developmental issues in the child; NT treatment is recommended during pregnancy in such cases.

3. POINTS OF CAUTION FOR NEUROTHERAPISTS
Neurotherapy treatments are to be administered by trained and well experienced neurotherapists only after proper diagnosis of the patient’s condition.
Before using any formula, therapists should refer to this chapter which gives in detail the treatment or the points which are not to be given in particular disorders.
Generally, most of the NT treatments are given on alternate days. Some treatments are given twice a week. Patients with cancer, diabetes, heart, kidney and liver problems are given treatments on every day.
NT treatment formulae for most of the major ailments are given from Chapter 6 onwards. All ailments arise due to improper functioning of the glands of the body. The glands can prepare their chemicals only if the digestion of food and its absorption into the blood are proper. So, it is advisable to first give Normal – Ajay Normal formula (refer chapter 5), for atleast one or two days and then give the treatment for the particular disease thereafter, for best results. However, patients suffering from autoimmune disorders, cancer, diabetes, heart problems and urinary system disorders should not be given these treatments.
It should be borne in mind that continuous research is going on in this newly developed science of Neurotherapy by Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra and his team. So the NT treatments given in this book may undergo revision. The following conclusions are listed on the basis of the observations made till now.
Important points
* If the patient is already taking any allopathic treatment, NEVER ask him to stop that treatment, unless his physician advices the same. You can give NT treatment along with allopathic treatment. Ask the patient to continue to keep in touch with his doctor.
* If a lady is having menstrual periods, no NT treatment is to be given during that time, except for excessive or scanty bleeding.
* Pregnant ladies should not be given ‘Th’ (Thymus). They should not be asked to lie on their stomach. Only if threatened abortion is suspected, give ‘Wd’ treatment. For removing viral infection, only ‘Gal-Liv’ may be given.
* Patients who suffer from enlargement of the heart, should not be allowed to drink more than one litre of water per day.
* ‘Heparin’ treatment is not to be given if there are wounds.
* When ‘Heparin’ treatment is given, no other treatment should be given for atleast 90 minutes.
* Patients with autoimmune disorders/ inflammatory diseases and polio, should…
not be given ‘Virus treatment formula’ points of NT; namely, ‘Spleen’, ‘Thymus’, ‘Tonsil(T)’, ‘Tonsil (P)’, ‘Armpits’ or ‘Lymph’.
* While giving treatment by hammer in diseases like paralysis, care should be taken that the cerebro-spinal fluid inside the skull is not disturbed. Take a turkish towel, fold it and put it on the appropriate area of the head, so as to cushion the effect of the hammering. Take care not to hammer on the region of the ears.
* Kundali ‘(Ku)’ should not be given to low blood pressure patients.
* ‘Thymus’ should not be given to heart patients, diabetics, kidney patients and patients with arthritis.
* ‘(30) Medulla’ (Prostaglandins treatment) should not be given to heart patients, otherwise the heart will stop functioning.
* The following NT treatments are not to be given to cancer patients : ‘Left ovary’, ‘Right ovary’ and ‘Wd’; because, Progesterone relased by right ovary may worsen his condition. Similarly ‘(10) Medulla’ should not be given, since vagus nerve activates many organs of the body. ‘Adr’ also should not be given to cancer patients.
* In Septisemia, patient loses immunity and therefore he/she should not be given ‘Adrenal’. Otherwise, the patient will get convulsions. Such patients should be given only ‘(8) Th+Ch’.
* Generally ‘Adrenal’ is not to be given to high blood pressure patients and to heart patients and/or people having palpitation of heart.
* Some people get convulsions after ‘Down Arrow’ is given. In such cases give ‘Up Arrow’.
* Full ‘Round Arrow’ is NOT to be given to diabetics, as this may worsen his condition. Instead, he may be given (3) or (6) Adr. If necessary, ‘Round Arrow’ from C1 – C7 and T8 to L5 may be given to diabetics.
* ‘Para’ treatment should be given only once in 48 hours.
* Never give the treament by legs to the patients of osteoporosis.
* ‘Pit’ is not to be given to diabetics and patients of high B. P.
* When ‘Katka’ is given to the patients, keep 3 pillows beneath their upper trunk.
* ‘Swt’ is not to be given to patients of high BP and heart disorders.
* ‘Gas only’ is not to be given to the patients with acidity, prolapse of uterus, constipation and piles.
* ‘Left ovary’, ‘Right ovary’ and ‘Wd’ are not to be given simultaneously to teenagers.
* ‘Tonsil-P’ and ‘Tonsil-T’ treatments are not to be given to young patients. Their reproductive systems may get affected by these treatments. Instead, give Virus treatment formula without ‘Tonsil (P)’.
The therapist should also ask the patient if he has got any investigations done at the hospital and has any reports of the examination done by qualified doctors.
Please Note: The content of this document describes alternative therapy practices (NT/Neurotherapy) that include significant medical claims and physical interventions. It is important to consult with a licensed medical professional for the treatment of serious conditions like cancer, heart disease, or paralysis.

Reports of the following investigations can be helpful to the therapist in diagnosis and treatment.

Diagnosis by inspection of the urine

Colour of the urine also gives an idea of diseases. Colourless urine is due to dilution as in case of polyuria in diabetes or due to excess liquor consumption. During high fever of due to excessive exercise or in oliguria, colour of the urine will be dark yellowish. Patients of haemolytic anaemia will pass urine which is red in colour. Red colour of urine also may be due to excessive consumption of beet root. If there is pus in the urine, then urine will be yellowish white. In jaundice, initially the urine is dark red in colour (like black tea) and later it turns to dark yellow. Sometimes, consumption of tablets of vitamin B complex also gives a dark colour to the urine.
Urine tests as a tool in diagnosis
From urine test, following conclusions may be drawn :-

* Presence of blood in urine is a sign of damage in the urinary tract.
* Presence of pus cells in urine on microscopic examination indicates an infection in the urinary tract.
* Presence of glucose in urine indicates that the blood sugar level has gone higher than the renal theshhold value (Glucosuria).
* Presence of bile salts in urine indicates jaundice.
* Presence of proteins in the urine indicates kidney damage.
Diagnosis by inspection of the colour of the stools
A healthy person’s stools are yellowish, because of colour of the bile. If the patient/child is only on a milk diet, the colour will be dark yellow. In obstructive jaundice, stools are whitish, since there is no bile pigment. Malena (altered blood in stools due to intestinal bleeding) has black colour. If iron is taken orally, then also the colour of stools may be black. Fresh blood in stools is due to bleeding piles.
Diagnosis by blood tests

* TRBC : Low count or abnormal shapes of RBC indicates anaemia.
* TLC : Increase indicates infection.
* HB percentage : Low percentage indicates anaemia.
* ESR : High ESR indicates destructive disease in the body.
Disclaimer: This text is a transcription of alternative diagnostic methods. For any health concerns, it is essential to seek advice and testing from qualified medical professionals in a clinical setting.

5-CODE NAMES AND FORMULAE FOR IMPORTANT TREATMENTS
ACID TREATMENTS
Acid formed in the stomach enters the duodenum, where it is neutralised by alkaline pancreatic juice and alkaline bile. If pancreas is not working properly, gastric acid will not be neutralised and this may cause diseases such as piles, rheumatism, psoriasis, peptic and duodenal ulcers, chest pain etc. Following acid treatment is to be given on alternate days :-
Acid treatment formula
* (8) Pan
* (3) Gal
* (5) Mu⁰
* (3) Acid
* (3) Th + Ch
Acid-D treatment formula
( for Diabetics, Heart patients and patients of Auto-immune disorders )
* (8) Pan
* (3) Gal
* (5) Mu⁰
* (3) Acid
* (8) Ch only
* (20) Round Arrow (C1 – C7, T8 – L5)
The patient is to be given two to three acid treatments. If the acid is not reduced, then the patient should be given Sulta-Ulta treatment and Loveleen treatment in addition to acid treatment. This treatment is to be given twice a week to relieve the patient from acidity problems.
ALKALI / BASE TREATMENT
Normal pH of blood ranges between 7.36 and 7.44. If pH of the blood goes above 7.44, the condition is called alkalosis. For example this happens in the case of pulmonary ventilation. When a person climbs a hill at a stretch, pH of the blood may increase. In such cases, the following alkali formula is used:-
Alkali treatment formula
* (4) Gal
* (4) Liv
* (4) Rt Ov
* (4) Liv⁰
* (4) Ch only
This formula is useful in treating diseases due to Alkali, such as in spasticity, cancer, fits etc.
Page 20

MEDULLA TREATMENTS
** (6) Medulla – **
* Activates Raphe part of Medulla and Pons.
* Directly stimulates the hypothalamus by which the body temperature can be increased.
* Also stimulates the hypothalamus gland to release TSH-RH (TSH releasing hormone) and all other releasing hormones for the pituitary gland i.e. ACTH-RH, LH-RH, FSH-RH etc. After receiving these hormones the pituitary gland will produce the corresponding hormones like TSH, ACTH, LH, FSH etc.
* Reduces the pain in the body by inhibiting sensory nerves of the body going to the brain.
* Reduces blockage of Ventricle No. 3.
* Opens choked crossing point of optic nerves ( chiasma ).
* Activates mamillary bodies.
** (8) Medulla – ** Releases serotonin; is useful for treatment of insomnia.
** (10) Medulla – ** Activates Vagus nerve (Tenth Cranial Nerve).
** (12) Medulla – ** Good for fits during sleep / fits which come immediately on getting up from sleep; also removes intestinal worms.
** (15) Medulla – ** Releases acetylcholine; has antitoxin effect; transmits nerve impulses to liberate Adrenaline.
** (20) Medulla – ** Releases dopamine and is given to patients of Idiopathic Parkinson’s disease
** (30) Medulla – ** Releases prostaglandins.
HEPARIN TREATMENT
Blood gets clotted when it erupts out of the blood vessel and forms hematoma. The hematoma presses on the blood vessel as well as on the surrounding tissues causing various signs and symptoms depending on the site.
The blood can also clot in any blood vessel. If it clots in an artery, and stops the blood flow of the organ to which it supplies, there will be Ischemia. This is especially serious if a thrombus is formed in an end-artery (the only artery supplying that part).
Or else, the clot in a vessel may get detached, will flow in the blood and may block a small artery (embolism) causing Ischemia.
In all the three cases, the clot is the common factor and is to be removed to correct the disorder.
The clot consists of a fibrin mesh-work entangling the blood cells. Heparin, is a polysaccharide formed mainly in the liver, which prevents fibrin formation by activating antithrombin. Plasmin is formed from plasminogen whenever a clot
Page 21

is formed. Plasmin breaks down the fibrin and checks further clot formation or can also dissolve the clot.
Note : After giving any Heparin treatment, there should be a gap of minimum 90 minutes before any other treatment is given.
Heparin or P – Heparin (Plasmin-Heparin) Formula
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only – stimulation of lungs
This is the basic treatment to clear blood clots. It may be given to all patients, especially those suffering from kidney disorders, diabetes, ischaemic heart disease and hypertension due to increased renin ( treatment is given to reduce diastolic pressure).
Various versions of this treatment to suit specific ailments are given below.
A-Heparin Formula
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only
(2) Acid
(4) Ch only
This treatment is to be given if there is pain in Mu^0. If pain is in Liv^0 and also in Mu^0, then check Acid point separately. If there is pain in Acid point, then give this treatment.
This treatment is good for patients who have pain because of bone disorders e.g. spur, cervical spondylitis, pain in the bottom of feet etc.
G-Heparin Formula
(30) Medulla
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only
This treatment is given to form prostaglandins which can clear the inflammation of knee joints. It is very good for rheumatism. This treatment may also be given to MS (multiple sclerosis) and polio patients. But this treatment is not to be given to heart patients as it may create serious cardiac problems.
J-Heparin Formula
(4) Para
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only
This treatment is useful for joint pains, high blood pressure, diabetes and all types of pain.
Page 22

M-Heparin Formula
(6) Medulla – to reduce blockage of ventricle No. 3 of the brain.
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only
This treatment is good for meningitis and for patients whose third ventricle is blocked. It can also be used for removal of blood clots during menses.
T-Heparin Formula – (Not for diabetics and heart patients)
(4) Th + Ch
(8) Pan

If a person gets hurt then give ‘T-Heparin’ or ‘T-T Heparin’.
X-Heparin formula
(10) Medulla
(8) Pan
(7) Liv
(8) Ch only
Tenth cranial nerve i.e. Vagus nerve supplies neural messages from oesophagus upto end of transverse colon.
GAS-I TREATMENTS
(3) Gas I – To stimulate intestines
(6) Gas I – To produce small quantity of dopamine which will lower high blood pressure. High blood pressure will be reduced because ‘(6)Gas I’ will dilate the kidneys. Renin from kidneys is decreased.
(9) Gas I – To release more quantity of dopamine, by which output of blood from the heart will be increased by 50% i.e. output will be increased from 100cc. to 150 cc. Automatically blood pressure will be increased.
23
Important Safety Note: This text appears to describe alternative or traditional medical protocols (such as Neurotherapy). Please consult with a qualified medical professional before attempting any of these treatments, especially for serious conditions like meningitis, hemorrhage, or heart issues.
Page 23
(12) Gas I – This is full dose of dopamine. Dopamine will be produced in the intestines by which we can cure Parkinson’s disease. This is equivalent to (20) Medulla.
1,25-DIHYDROXYCHOLECALCIFEROL TREATMENT (1,25 DCC)
Pro-Vitamin D (Ergastrol) is present in the skin and is converted into Vitamin D in the areas exposed to sunlight. Another source of vitamin D is food which is absorbed in the intestine. From both the sources Vitamin D goes to the liver and forms 25-hydroxy form of Vitamin D which is more active than the previous form. The 25-hydroxy form goes to the kidneys and forms most active 1,25-dihydroxy form. If 1,25 DCC is not formed in the kidneys in enough quantities, then calcium will not be absorbed in the intestine and most of the calcium will be excreted through the faeces.
1,25 DCC treatment formula
(7) Liv – prepares 25-hydroxycholecalciferol
(4) Para – prepares parathormone
(7) Liv⁰ – activates right kidney
(7) Mu⁰ – activates left kidney
(8) Ch only – to remove carbondioxide
(20) Round arrow
By activation of both kidneys 1,25 DCC is formed. Round arrow activates 31 pairs of peripheral spinal nerves.
First four points make pure 1,25 DCC formula.
If this formula of pure 1,25 DCC is to be used in countries like U.K. where sunshine is less, then the formula is to be modified as follows :
(2) Para
(7) Liv
(2) Para
(7) Liv⁰
(7) Mu⁰
If the patient passes loose stools, he has more alkaline blood. Hence the order is to be reversed as follows :-
(7) Liv (4) Para (7) Mu⁰ (7) Liv⁰ (20) Round arrow (8) Ch only
Note : 1,25 DCC is to be given on alternate days only, because of (4) Para. Always give (3) Gal (7) Liv for magnesium binding, half an hour before giving 1,25 DCC. If the treatment of 1,25 DCC is to be repeated second time, then give (6) Gas Only in place of (3) Gal (7) Liv – for intrinsic factor preparation.

Note – For heart patients, (1) Gal (4) Liv is to be given in place of (3) Gal (7) Liv in all the above treatments. ‘Pan’ is not to be given to patients having fits, convulsions etc. ‘Spl’ is not to be given to asthmatics and patients of autoimmune diseases.
OLD ‘NABHI SET’ TREATMENT
Patient lies down on his back with his legs straight. Stand on the right side of the patient. With the first and second fingers of the right hand, hold both great toes of the patient and lift the legs straight upwards. Keep your hand straight without bending at the elbows. Hold the toes for one second. Then slowly bring the legs down. Repeat the process 3 times and the stomach will be set.
Precaution : The patient should not help you in raising his legs up and in lowering them.
Page 25
NEW GAS ‘IKATTHA’
The patient sits resting on his palms with his hands stretched behind his back. Or else the patient may lie down on his back with his legs stretched, straight out.
Sit near the patient’s feet, facing the patient. Press down his great toes causing flexion at metatarsophalangeal joints. Hold for 6 counts (3 seconds). Then press at interphalangeal joints. Hold for 3 seconds. Complete 3 cycles.
This treatment is equivalent to ‘Gas only,’ which is used for increasing the gastric acid of the stomach.
NEW ‘NABHI SET’ TREATMENT
The patient’s posture will be same as in New Gas ‘Ikattha’. First give the treatment to the great toes as explained above in New Gas ‘Ikattha’, for 3 cycles. Then give similar treatment to all other four toes of each leg. Various organs are activated by each toe. Follow the order as given below:-
Left leg toes:
First small toe: activates the head and a part of the body of the pancreas.
Second small toe: activates gall bladder.
Third small toe: activates liver.
Fourth small toe (little toe): activates right ovary / right testis.
Right leg toes:
First small toe: activates remaining part of the body and tail of the pancreas.
Second small toe: activates spleen.
Third small toe: activates mucous membrane.
Fourth small toe (little toe): activates left ovary / left testis.
VATER TREATMENT
‘Vater’ is the name of the ampulla (dilatation) at the end of the duodenum coming from the gall bladder and liver. Pancreatic duct also opens into this ampulla. The opening of this ampulla into the duodenum is guarded by the Sphincter of Oddi. Whenever the sphincter relaxes, the bile and the pancreatic juice enter the duodenum together. This relaxation is under neurohormonal control (i.e., under stimulation by vagus nerve as well as by cholecystokinin). If this sphincter is blocked, these juices cannot enter the duodenum and back pressure is created, later hampering pancreatic secretions such as trypsinogen.

CHOLE TREATMENTS
When the acidic chyme from the stomach enters the duodenum, it stimulates the formation of two hormones namely, cholecystokinin and secretin. The amount of hormone secreted is directly proportional to the amount and strength of the acid. These hormones enter the blood and stimulate the pancreas to secrete digestive enzymes and sodium bicarbonate for neutralising the acid. They also stimulate the liver and the gall bladder for formation and expulsion of bile into the duodenum.
Chole treatment formula
(10) Medulla – to stimulate 10th cranial nerve
(6) Gas I – activates jejunum
(3) Gal – activates duodenum, secretin is released
This treatment may be given to diabetics and to patients of high blood pressure. It can reduce creatinine, blood pressure and sugar in the blood. It is also useful for cataract, night blindness and retinitis pigmentosa. It is not to be given to epileptics.
Chole treatment is beneficial for
the children born to mothers who were suffering from hypertension during pregnancy.

This treatment is given to improve digestion. This treatment is also given for night blindness.
VIRUS TREATMENT
Human body has two types of defences against invading organisms. Innate defences such as skin are mechanical barriers. The second type of defence is called adaptive system. It is based on specialised white blood cells called lymphocytes, which respond to invasion of the body by microorganisms.
B cells secrete chemicals called antibodies, which circulate in the blood and attack specific disease-causing organisms.
T cells attack the organisms directly. These cells can retain a memory of earlier infections and respond quickly to further attacks.
Tonsils, thymus, spleen and lymph nodes at various parts of the body are the defence mechanisms.
Virus treatment formula
(5) Lymph – for secretion of \gamma globulin by B cells
(3) Spl – for production of antibodies & WBC
(8) Thymus only – activates T cells
(12) Armpit – activates lymph nodes for antibodies

This treatment is good for spastic children. It is not to be given to patients having autoimmune disorders.
Note: ‘Ton (P)’ is not to be given to young patients.
This treatment is given for viral, bacterial or any other infection.
VITAMIN B$_{12}$ TREATMENT
Vitamin B${12}$ is required to form red blood cells (RBC). Low RBC count leads to various types of anaemias and associated disorders of the blood. To increase production and absorption of vitamin B12 in the body, the following treatment is useful:
Vitamin B$_{12}$ formula

NEW STAR TREATMENT
This treatment is given to remove pain in the body. This treatment is good for rheumatoid arthritis patients. It is stated that the planets have an effect on the pineal gland, which is responsible for change in the chemicals of the body. In NT, we activate the pineal gland by ‘Ku’.
A friendly note: The treatments mentioned here (like removing melanin or activating glands via ‘Ku’) appear to be based on alternative medicine practices. If you are experiencing medical symptoms like anemia, paralysis, or arthritis, please consult a licensed medical professional to ensure you get the most effective care.

ANGIOTENSIN NO.2 TREATMENT

If by chance any patient has lost half litre or more blood through menses or haemorrhage, the quantity of blood is reduced in the arteries and due to this, the blood pressure will go down. For example, if B.P. is suddenly decreased to 80/50 then to increase this blood pressure, we must give the following treatment by which the arteries will shrink automatically till the blood pressure comes to normal stage within a short time.

Angiotensinogen No.2 Formula

MAUNISH TREATMENTS
The lymphs from right side of the brain, right half of the thorax, right lung, right side of the heart, right half of the head and neck flow into the right jugular vein and lymphs from right leg, left leg, whole of abdomen, left arm, left side of the heart, left half of thorax, left lung and left side of the head and neck flow into the left jugular vein.
(i) Maunish – Alkali Treatment
For reducing spasticity and alkali of the body, the sequence is :
Right arm, right leg, left leg, left arm.
The patient lies flat on his back. Keep the right hand of the patient up, two inches away from the right ear. Start pressing from palm towards the clavicle so that the lymph fluid is pushed into the armpits. Press on supra-clavicular right notch. Next, the patient lies on his right side. Fold the left leg at hip and knee. Keep the right leg stretched. Start pressing the right leg from ankle upwards, thus pushing the lymph towards and into the groin. Then the patient turns on his back. Put a pillow under the thighs and give pressure with both heels on both groins (lymph points). Repeat the complete process for left leg and groin. Lastly, give the treatment to left hand by pressing from palm towards left armpit and finally ending with pressure on the supra-clavicular left notch.
(ii) Maunish – Acid Treatment
If acidity of the patient is to be reduced, then the sequence is:
Left leg, right leg, left arm, right arm.”
